This program is for audit leaders and aspiring leaders who want to grow both as professionals and as people.

years) leading teams, functions, or operating in a senior role where influence and presence matters.
♦ Have a super strong the technical side – and now want to strengthen your presence, confidence, and people skills.
♦ Are ready to reflect – you’re open to looking inward, sharing honestly, and learning from peers.
♦ Want to level up – You’re preparing for a bigger role or ready to bring more clarity and balance into your current one.

You’ll be part of a close group of 12 audit leaders.
Our next cohort begins on 15 November 2025, with weekly 2-hour online sessions.
We’ll meet every week for eight weeks, followed by a 2-day residential retreat in January 2026.
Each session explores a different part of leadership growth:
Personalised Coaching
Along with the group work, you’ll have three one-on-one coaching conversations with me.
These sessions help you go deeper to explore what’s really happening in your leadership, and to design small, practical changes that create big impact.
Residential Retreat
Then, in January, we’ll meet in person for a 2-day residential retreat in a quiet, natural setting.
It’s a chance to step away from the rush, reconnect with yourself, and reflect with peers who are on a similar path.
You’ll experience:
• Reflection and peer circles
• Quiet time and mindful practices
• Creative movement, storytelling, and deep dialogue
• Reflection on your purpose as an auditor and leader
You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more grounded with a leadership rhythm that feels sustainable.
The next cohort begins on 15 November 2025. If you confirm your participation before 31 October 2025, you’ll receive an extra personal coaching session (worth ₹20,000) after the program.
Together, we’ll shape a 100-day action plan you can continue after the program; a mix of actions, habits, and reflections that keep your progress alive.
You’ll stay connected through small accountability circles and check-in conversations to stay on track.
You’ll become part of a growing community of leaders who support one another’s growth long after the program ends.
