The Journey You'll Take

Eight online sessions | 2 hours each | weekly rhythm

You’ll be part of a close group of 12 audit leaders.

Our next cohort begins on 15 November 2025, with weekly 2-hour online sessions.
We’ll meet every week for eight weeks, followed by a 2-day residential retreat in January 2026.

Each session explores a different part of leadership growth:

  8. Integration and Growth – Bringing it together in your action plan

Personalised coaching and the Residential Experience

Personalised Coaching

Along with the group work, you’ll have three one-on-one coaching conversations with me.

These sessions help you go deeper to explore what’s really happening in your leadership, and to design small, practical changes that create big impact.

Residential Retreat

Then, in January, we’ll meet in person for a 2-day residential retreat in a quiet, natural setting.

It’s a chance to step away from the rush, reconnect with yourself, and reflect with peers who are on a similar path.

You’ll experience:

• Quiet time and mindful practices
• Creative movement, storytelling, and deep dialogue
• Reflection on your purpose as an auditor and leader
