“For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end.”
~ Michelle Obama
This quote reflects the mindset that I believe has led me here. This is the mindset I hold for all my clients.
I am a passionate leader and coach who has successfully pivoted after a 25 year career in governance, risk, and internal audit. My journey from auditor to coach has been shaped by resilience, curiosity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of coaching.
During the pandemic, I reignited my passion for coaching, leading me to fully embrace my calling and establish The Evolving Way and The Evolving Auditor.
I’m dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential, achieve lasting growth and find fulfilment in their professional and personal lives.
Join me on this journey of transformation and empowerment!
During my ICF coach training, one of my assignments was to review Carl Roger’s book “On Becoming a Person”. Although it was a heavy read, I kept reading and re-reading as his research and philosophy gave me a sense of freedom and was rooted in kindness and empathy.
My mentors, who selected this book for me, told me that the pairing was not by accident. I did not know what they meant at that time. Before long, my coaching philosophy, The Evolving Way, started to take shape from this deeply enriching experience.
I’ve spent over 25 years in the audit profession, and one thing is clear to me: auditors must evolve just as quickly as the organizations and industries we serve and the demands on our profession.
Stakeholder expectations are higher than ever, and to meet them, auditors need more than technical skills. They need to embrace critical power skills—communication, critical thinking, leadership, adaptability—to truly tap into their potential and deliver lasting value.
The Evolving Auditor programs are designed to guide auditors on this journey of growth, helping them not only elevate their professional impact but also find personal fulfillment along the way.
