Hi, I’m Bhavani Jois, a passionate leader, coach, and the founder of The Evolving Way and The Evolving Auditor. With over 25 years of corporate experience, I’ve had a front-row seat to the challenges individuals and organizations face. I’ve seen and experienced firsthand the incredible transformative power of coaching that brings out the best in us.
When I partner with my clients, I bring my whole self to the table. I am on my own evolving journey, one that I cherish deeply, and I am open, honest, and vulnerable about what I’m learning along the way. My role isn’t to lead the way but to walk beside you as a conversation partner, offering support, clarity, and a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration.
I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which holds me to the highest standards of ethics. As a practitioner of various human capability tools, I integrate these into our work together to foster growth, awareness, and resilience.
I love seeing my clients reach new levels of awareness, have those “aha” moments, and build clarity and strength in their personal and professional lives. Nothing energizes me more than watching them evolve into more than they ever imagined.
My commitment is to hold a trust-based, supportive space where you can truly explore and work toward your best self. Let’s take those bold steps forward and become the best versions of ourselves.
My coaching journey was shaped by more than 25 years of experience in governance, risk, and internal audit, including pivotal roles at Infosys and Deloitte.
Growing up in a serene seaside town in Malaysia, I learned the values of balance, curiosity, and resilience which guided me as I built a successful career in the UK leading up to my first role as a Chief Audit Executive in 2009. It was during this tenure, precisely in 2013, that I discovered coaching through an accidental workshop—a discovery that felt like coming home.
However, I couldn’t embrace it immediately. Through deep introspection and some empowering coaching conversations, my family and I decided to relocate from the UK to India that very same year.
While I was eager to plant my roots as a coach, I realised that I had to take a pause to immerse myself in Corporate India, to understand its unique challenges, its culture and its people, to make new friends, to build new relationships and to cultivate a deep appreciation for this dynamic country.
A decision I am truly grateful for as it ultimately prepared me to pursue coaching with greater understanding and depth.
The COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point. Like many, I took a hard look at my life and knew it was time to reignite my passion for coaching. I made the bold decision to go back to coaching school and to fully immerse myself in this calling. Leaving behind a 25-year corporate career wasn’t easy, but I knew in my heart it was time and it was made easier with the support of colleagues and family. This was one of the most empowering decisions of my life, leading me to fully embrace The Evolving Way and The Evolving Auditor.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. As a mother of five incredible children and a proud grandmother, I’ve learned the importance of resilience, balance, and adaptability. Each child, with their own unique personality, has taught me more about leadership, empathy, and human connection than any corporate role ever could. I’m also a dog-mum to five crazy, wonderful dogs, who remind me daily about unconditional love and of the joy in life’s simple moments.
In the spirit of evolving, as I live and learn, I feel immensely grateful for the opportunity to experience life as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, friend, coach, mentor, colleague, citizen and so much more.
Today, I am fully immersed in helping others grow, evolve and find fulfilment. Through The Evolving Way and The Evolving Auditor, I empower individuals and teams to become their best selves. Coaching is more than a career for me—it is a calling. Whether I’m working with corporate leaders, auditors, or individuals seeking personal growth, my goal is the same: to equip them with the tools, confidence, and mindset to thrive, no matter what challenges they face.
It’s not always easy, and often, there are moments of vulnerability, but I’ve learned that the most profound transformations happen when we allow ourselves to be open—to growth, to change, and to becoming more than we ever imagined.
Together, let’s embrace this journey of evolving and growing stronger with each step.
